Support & Training

XENA comes with a one year warranty, parts and labor.  We offer three levels of support:

  • Standard Warranty – Technical support is provided during business hours, excluding Holidays.  Hardware replacements are via overnight mail for systems that are out of driving range.  Warranty period includes software updates.
  • Standard Annual Support Package – After your warranty period ends, you can renew your warranty each year and receive the same support level and software updates.
  • Premium Support Package – Telephone technical support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.   Webex-style software support is available during business hours.  For hardware support, we ship loaner replacement systems to you in advance, so you can work while you are servicing your system component.  Premium support customers also receive hardware updates and upgrades at substantial discounts.

Full-resolution 1920 x 1080 training videos are currently being produced and will be available when XENA ships.  They will cover evey aspect of XENA software operation and hardware/software setup.  As new videos are produced, they we be available on our web site for download by registered XENA owners.
